Aleatory Concept’s management undertakes to comply with all the requirements of FSC rules as applied to its chain of custody responsibility system, and with all relevant legal requirements, to achieve improvements in its system’s performance.<\/p>\n
Aleatory Concept undertakes to make every effort to ensure that all forestry products it sells are not sourced from raw materials that fall within the following categories:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Illegally harvested wood;
\u2013 Wood harvested in violation of traditional and civil rights;
\u2013 Wood harvested from forests where high conservation values are under threat from management activities;
\u2013 Wood harvested from forests undergoing conversion to plantation or for non-forest use of the soil;
\u2013 Wood from forests where genetically modified trees have been planted.<\/p>\n
The management further undertakes to comply with all relevant legislation in matters of safety, health, and working conditions, including the ILO (International Labour Organization) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, namely:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Provide training to all employees;
\u2013 Ensure that Health and Safety at Work services are organised according to current legislation;
\u2013 Workers are not prevented from associating freely, choosing their own representatives, or negotiating collectively with the company;
\u2013 There is no use of forced labour;
\u2013 The company does not hire workers with the minimum legal age or of an age where schooling is mandatory, whichever is higher;
\u2013 All company employees have equal work opportunities and receive equal treatment;
\u2013 All employees are provided with working conditions that do not endanger their health and safety.<\/p>\n
Partnerships with suppliers are crucial to FSC certification in that the company can only sell in the same proportion as it buys certified raw materials. Encouraging suppliers to become certified is a priority for Aleatory Concept’s management. The management believes that by using certified suppliers it is ensuring the sustainability of the chain of responsibility.<\/p>\n

A Aleatory Concept compromete-se a fazer todos os esfor\u00e7os no sentido de que todos os produtos de origem florestal que comercializa n\u00e3o t\u00eam origem em mat\u00e9ria-prima das seguintes categorias:<\/p>
- Madeira Explorada ilegalmente;
- Madeira explorada em viola\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos tradicionais e civis;
- Madeira Explorada em florestas nas quais os altos valores de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o amea\u00e7ados pelas atividades de gest\u00e3o;
- Madeira Explorada em florestas em processo de convers\u00e3o para planta\u00e7\u00f5es ou para usos n\u00e3o florestais do solo;
- Madeira proveniente de florestas nas quais foram plantadas \u00e1rvores geneticamente modificadas.<\/p>
A Ger\u00eancia compromete-te ainda em termos quest\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a, sa\u00fade e condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho a cumprir toda a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel inclu\u00eddo o cumprimento dos Princ\u00edpios e Direitos Fundamentais do Trabalho da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o da OIT (Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de trabalho), nomeadamente:<\/p>
- Dar forma\u00e7\u00e3o a todos os colaboradores;
- Garantir a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de Seguran\u00e7a, Higiene e Sa\u00fade no Trabalho de acordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o em vigor;
- Os trabalhadores n\u00e3o est\u00e3o impedidos de se associarem livremente, escolherem os seus representantes ou negociarem coletivamente com a empresa;
- N\u00e3o h\u00e1 recurso a trabalho for\u00e7ado;
- A empresa n\u00e3o admite trabalhadores com idade m\u00ednima legal ou \u00e0 idade de escolaridade m\u00ednima obrigat\u00f3ria, consoante a que for mais elevada;
- Todos os colaboradores da empresa t\u00eam iguais oportunidades de emprego e recebem igual tratamento;
- S\u00e3o dadas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho a todos os colaboradores de forma a n\u00e3o comprometer a sua seguran\u00e7a ou sa\u00fade.<\/p>
As parcerias com os fornecedores s\u00e3o cruciais para a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o FSC, na medida em que a empresa s\u00f3 consegue vender na propor\u00e7\u00e3o em que compras mat\u00e9ria- prima certificada. O incentivo da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus fornecedores \u00e9 priorit\u00e1rio para a Ger\u00eancia da Aleatory Concept. A Ger\u00eancia est\u00e1 convicta que com fornecedores certificados garante a sustentabilidade na cadeia de responsabilidade.<\/p>
